I am a qualified speech-therapist, a psychologist specialising in Organisational Psychology, and an expert in political issues. I am a lecturer at the Budapest School of Communication and also work as a speech trainer for Hungarian Radio. My areas of research include political, media, organisational and crisis communication, as well as job analysis based on speech competencies. My profession is psychology, along with my colleagues I develop people, groups and organizations as a consultant, coach and trainer of Corporate Values (CoVa) Kft. My main professional fields are personal leadership development (coaching), complex organization developmental consultancy (soft and hard), organizing and holding corporate and soft skills trainings. I aim to 'see' the things in their complexity, to be part of the present as much as possible, passionately, yet doing what my job is along values and principles. This is supported by activities beside work that have a dominant impact on my way of life: martial arts (Jiu-jitsu) and latin dances (mambo and salsa). I am a board member of the Hungarian Gestalt Association,and PHD asspirant of Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).

As a qualified psychologist, I work in the field of economic psychology. Within the sphere of organisational development consultancy, my major areas of interest and activity include organisational philosophy and strategies, and the planning and implementation of development processes aimed at achieving organisational excellence. Besides being a consultant, I work as a college lecturer, and I am also involved in Hungarian and EU research projects. I am writing my doctoral thesis on the growth crises of small and medium-sized enterprises, and possible ways to overcome them.
